In our latest collaboration with renowned chef Clovis Degrave, 101 has crafted a sophisticated branding suite for his newest venture, Maison B. Located in the tranquil settings of Bridel, this restaurant marks a new chapter for Clovis and his partner, Aline Bourscheid, who are already celebrated for their work at Hostellerie du Grünewald and Grünewald Chef’s Table.
Maison B, set in the iconic former Boos location, is designed as a brasserie that offers a relaxing retreat, merging the serene beauty of nature with refined gastronomy. The branding reflects this harmony; the logo we designed is an elegant amalgamation of the letter “B” with a stylized tree, symbolizing the restaurant’s connection to its natural surroundings and the light-hearted, welcoming atmosphere it offers.
The comprehensive branding extends to business cards, specialized menus including the “Menu St Sylvestre”, banners, letterheads, and forthcoming promotional gadgets. Our photography and website design for Maison B capture the unique ambiance of the restaurant, enticing visitors to experience the blend of luxury and comfort firsthand.
Maison B not only serves as a culinary destination but also played host to our memorable annual Christmas party, showcasing the establishment’s charm and hospitality firsthand.
